As a Consulting Manager at Agito, you will be part of a team of about 7 people working with staffing and recruitment of nurses throughout Scandinavia. Our main mission is to provide our private and public clients with the industry's top specialists for short or long assignments. The position is based in Stockholm. We have a nice office located very centrally in the heart of Stockholm.
To join our team, you possess high social competence with a clear drive and a lot of energy. You work purposefully and are used to working in a fast-paced environment. Since the role of a sales-oriented Consulting Manager places high demands on your ability to quickly complete and manage a chain from a cold call to matching and booking consultants several times a day, it is crucial that you have experience in this area. Therefore, you should have a solid background in staffing, regardless of the industry.
You see yourself as a natural salesperson and do everything to gain trust and convince your candidates that Agito is the right choice. Contacting new potential consultants daily via phone (so-called cold calls) is part of your daily work, and you are passionate about this.
Working methodically with outreach activities comes naturally to you. Making 30-50 calls to various potential consultants during the workday to find the right profile is something you are used to and see as a natural part of your daily work.
Working independently and taking initiative is very important and crucial for succeeding in the role.

Experience from the staffing industry. Enjoys a fast pace with a lot of responsibility and short decision-making paths.
Structured and proficient IT user with an interest and understanding of digitalization. Very good computer skills within Office 360.
Experience communicating with senior executives.
Used to working independently and driving the business forward.
Has previously worked towards set goals and documented achieving or exceeding them.
Accustomed to working with a lot of administration.
Has a B driver's license.
High telephone skills. Used to outreach activities and has no problem making 30-50 cold calls per day.
The role of a sales-oriented Consulting Manager includes sales, staffing, and recruitment of nurses. Your colleagues see themselves as salespeople and relationship builders. Therefore, it is important that you also share these values.
Examples of job tasks
· Outreach activities by making up to 50 cold calls per day to find the right candidates and/or clients and explain why Agito is the obvious choice.
· Create and maintain customer relationships with both public and private clients.
· Build your own network of consultants that you then match with assignments.
· Drive the entire recruitment process from the first contact, signing of contracts, and the associated administration.
· Be responsible for the entire staffing process from the first contact to follow-up after the assignment is completed.
· Continuously contact and visit your clients and consultants to keep updated on wishes and needs. Therefore, travel and overnight stays in other locations may occur.
· Plan and structure your own work in a rapidly changing everyday life.
· Work towards set individual goals as well as a common budget.
· Negotiate with consultants regarding salary and with clients regarding price.
· On-call work may occur.
